Upon arranging an in-house quote, we will go through each room together and discuss your house’s needs. You will receive a price and we can go over a list of supplies and cleansers which you will provide.

It always helps us to work more efficiently when small items and clothing are lifted off the floor. It will give us better access to all areas of your house.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and tools like vacuums and mops or do I supply them?

We use all of your supplies and mop and vacuum. We can look at what products you currently have and discuss any others that would be suitable for your home. If needed we can purchase these products for you.

Is it best that I leave while the cleaners are working?

It is easier to work effectively when no one is home but if you are going to be home, we can work a routine around you no problem.

If I am not satisfied with the service, what should I do?

Please call or email our office within 24hrs and we will revisit your home to ensure your satisfaction.
